onelove.lk is operated by ONE IN A MILLION COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED (Company Registration No: PV 87272). By purchasing tickets, products, or services through our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.


Ticket Bookings (Events)

All event ticket purchases made through onelove.lk are final and non-refundable. under normal circumstances.

Once a ticket is purchased,

  • Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under normal circumstances.
  • Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance or change of personal circumstances
  • This policy applies to all events, festivals, concerts, and experiences listed on the platform

Exception – Event Cancellation & Insurance Coverage

In the event that an event is officially cancelled due to unavoidable, unforeseen, or extraordinary circumstances beyond the organiser’s control,  customers may become eligible for compensation or refunds subject to insurance policy approval and claim settlement procedures.

The event is arranged with Event Cancellation Insurance through Ceylinco Insurance and reinsurance arrangements under Lloyd’s of London.

Insurance Coverage Includes

  • Event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Coverage for festival and single-day events
  • Multi-location event coverage
  • Infrastructure-related protection
  • Coverage for logistics and operational disruptions
  • Coverage relating to scheduled artist and performance arrangements
  • Air and ground transportation-related coverage

    Important Conditions

  • Refunds and compensation are subject to insurance claim approval and settlement
  • Processing timelines depend entirely on the insurer and claim assessment procedures
  • Coverage becomes valid only upon final insurance policy issuance and insurer approval
  • onelove.lk acts solely as a ticketing and platform provider and is not responsible for insurance decisions, claim outcomes, delays, or rejections
  • Administrative, processing, or transaction fees may be non-refundable where applicable

Merchandise & Physical Product Refunds

Refund requests for physical merchandise or products must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours
  • The product must remain unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase, receipt, or Order ID must be provided

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted after the eligible refund period
  • Used, damaged, altered, or opened products
  • Incorrect shipping or customer information provided during checkout
  • Failure to attend an event
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delays caused by third-party courier, payment providers, or external circumstances beyond our control

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund processing may take approximately 5-10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions
  • Applicable transaction, gateway, currency conversion, or processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount
