Ticket Purchase Terms
1. General Policy
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable
- Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or transferred unless officially authorised
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all event details before purchase
2. Ticket Usage
- Each ticket contains a unique QR code or identifier
- Tickets are valid for single entry only
- Altered, duplicated, or tampered tickets will be rejected without refund
- Entry may be denied if authenticity cannot be verified
3. Event Changes
Event details including date, venue, schedule, or lineup may change due to operational or external factors. Updates will be communicated where possible.
4. Event Cancellation (Insurance Coverage)
If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, customers may be eligible for compensation subject to insurance approval.
Coverage is arranged through:
- Ceylinco Insurance
- Reinsurance under Lloyd’s of London
All claims are subject to:
- Insurance policy terms
- Verification and approval
- Final insurer decision
5. Previous Cancelled Event Discount Policy
Customers holding valid tickets from previously cancelled events may be eligible for a 100% ticket value discount on future event purchases.
5.1 Claim Process
- Customers must submit the official “Claim Your Ticket” form
- Upload valid previous ticket with QR code
- Provide accurate purchase details
5.2 Temporary Eligibility
- Once the claim form is submitted, customers may be temporarily allowed to proceed with purchase using the claimed discount
- The system may allow payment of only the remaining balance after discount application
- However, this eligibility is subject to verification
5.3 Verification Process
All submitted tickets will undergo full validation, including QR and purchase verification by ONE IN A MILLION COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED.
5.4 Fraudulent or Invalid Tickets
If a ticket is found to be:
- Fake or duplicated
- Altered or manipulated
- Previously redeemed
- Otherwise invalid
then:
- The claim will be immediately cancelled
- The discount will be fully revoked
- The customer must pay the full remaining balance (without discount) to continue the purchase
- The ticket or claim will not be considered valid until verification is completed
- Orders may be suspended or cancelled during investigation
No refund will be issued for fraudulent or invalid submissions.
All decisions are final.
